We are looking for a CSS designer/developer to create a word press theme out of a Photoshop template design. The person should be CSS/XHTML & WordPress/PHP expert developer.

Please include the following in your bid:

    * Samples of previous Wordpress themes you have developed
    * Samples of previous CSS/HTML based websites you have developed (if any)
    * Samples of other designs you have created yourself (if any)

    * Please bid for 1 theme development

You need to be 100% proficient in WORDPRESS before bidding for this job.
